For each value, explain how the company demonstrates (or fails to demonstrate) that value in its culture and practices, citing evidence from the provided sources. Offer cautions and considerations: Remind the user that publicly stated values may not always reflect the reality of a company's internal culture, suggesting they further investigate the company's values through employee reviews, interviews, and networking. The user's personal values will be used to guide this analysis, ensuring an accurate reflection of their individual needs and preferences.
